The founder
Ihsane Kanouni Hassani
After gaining initial experience in the notarial profession, Maître Ihsane Kanouni Hassani chose to practise as a lawyer. For more than ten years, her work has focused on business law. She founded the Firm to provide Moroccan and international businesses with strategic, tailored support through legal advice, litigation and legal training.
Maître Kanouni represents organisations from a range of sectors, including real estate, services, industry, agri-food and new technologies, as well as leading institutions. Her work extends from contract drafting and legal advice to the conduct of employment, commercial, administrative and business-crime disputes.
Maître Ihsane Kanouni Hassani is an arbitrator and a member of the Communications Committee of the Casablanca Mediation and Arbitration Centre (CMAC). She regularly acts in alternative dispute resolution proceedings, both as arbitrator and as counsel.
